In compliance with Governor John Bell Edwards’ phase 1 reopening plan, the Deaf Action Center will reopen for appointments only on Monday, May 18th with a limited schedule until further notice.
Monday - Thursday 9am-2pm
Friday 9am - 12 noon
Visitors are required to make an appointment. You must wear a mask and have a temperature below 100.4. Call 318-425-7781 or 318-217-4110 (VP) to schedule an appointment.
Interpreting services will continue to be provided on a limited basis.

INTERPRETING SERVICES

Interpreting is central and core to all services provided by the Deaf Action Center.

We proved interpreting assistance, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and operate as a Certification Testing site through The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID).
